I just love my Starbucks Design-Your-Own coffee mug. I carry it around with me all day, which is even more enjoyable now that I can have my fav people with me. SO, has anyone else used the template? I would love to see what your looks like. Mine are here:

Ok I see that Starbuck's sells them (http://www.starbucksstore.com/products/shprodde.asp?SKU=602310) ... is there anywhere else that sells one that is the same size just a little cheaper? :)

Ohhh Great! Love 'em ladies. I did get mine at Starbucks. When I went in at Christmas time to get one for my sis they were nowhere to be found. Apparantly they put them away to make room for all of the holiday stuff, so I had to ask for them to look in back. I also saw them at my Target's Starbucks. I am sure other people make them but not sure if they are the same size. I got mine when they were having a 20% off sale on products, don't know how often they do that. Hope that helps.

I to got mine from Starbuck - I do have to say it is well worth the money. I HATE coffee, but everyday I work I take tea or hot chocolate in mine!!! The starbucks one is a top notch mug - love drinking out of it! I also have the playtex kids sippy cups (around $5.00 for one) that I make templates for too - they LOVE them and that way I always know whos is whos! Would love some premade ones for that, but so far I have just done my own!
Questions too - when I use the premade template here - it is on a really large scale - is that okay? I always size it down on an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper and print!

I have several (LOL) of these (http://www.gourmet.org/brands/ad/tumblers/ARP6030-999/) - I keep them on hand for quick last minute gifts!
My local hardware store here in the UK, sells them for £3.00($6.00)!!!!!!!

$6.00 for those is a STEAL Jenny! I have not seen those around - may have to look into that, but here in US - they are $24 - I think similar to the Starbucks ones!

You mean the template I made that Jenn gave as a freebie? Hmm. If so, I did it at 8.5x11 and mine comes up fine so not sure what the problem is. I would love to know if anyone else had this problem.
Questions too - when I use the premade template here - it is on a really large scale - is that okay? I always size it down on an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper and print!

OMGoodness, these are SO cute! I think I am feeling the ::NEED:: for one of these! lol! And I don't drink coffee, but I think I could easily find something to drink out of a mug that dang cute! And what a cute idea for a teacher gift.
Now to just find one a little cheaper. I'm going to look at Home Depot, just in case! :) If I find one, I will let you know!

My local target store sells two sizes of custom photo mugs... 16 oz and a smaller 8 oz. I'm not quite sure on the price of these, but I don't think the large was over $10.00 and even less for the smaller size. (These were located in the houseware department.)
This is one I made for my daughter using the Winter Ponies kit.

Yeah - I think I have opened two freebie ones that opened huge and I re-sized and it was fine! Maybe it is just on my computer! Either way it worked though and they always look FAB!!!

I also bougtht my tumbler from Starbucks. Not sure how much it was, but it really is soooooo super nice. Highly recommend!!

Yeah Sarah - that would be awesome. If only I had spare time to put one together even just for myself - I have a hard time with those tumblers and how to do the paper for some reason. I have a hard time thinking outside of the box - LOL!!

Hi Girls!
I know this thread is super old. But I made a few tumblers to give to my girls' teachers on the last day of school yesterday. I gave them the tumbler with the class pictures in it and then gave them a blank insert with the holes cut out so they could use it for photos of their own kids if they preferred!!

The class picture looks a little bent in the cup, but I wanted to include it anyway. :)
Thanks for the inspiration!!
:)
